A single account will have access to several online services. Simply your college account can be defined as,

College Account = Google Apps for SMC + SchoolNET.lk Email + Moodle.lk learning resources

Google Apps for SMC will provide document sharing, online site creation, contacts sharing and much more collaborative applications.
